loving xm radio

Anybody else enjoy these xm radio baseball brodcasts--any game in the country all season long. Now i can suffer through every pitch for every wager! Also great talk radio stations for poltics/comedy etc.-- LOVING THe XM:toast:

Yeah I love XM. Lot of choices, you know what what you want to tune into, more focused, no bs commercials, can reach anywhere. am/fm blows.

I love it as well......

but it didnt work for me in the Mayan Riviera of Mexico

well.... most of the stuff I listen too, opie and anthony, as well as NHL talk, does have commercials....

Does anybody know how XM and Sirius are going to work when both officially merge? I'm just wondering if you'll be getting the entire package of satellite radio channels for the same price as your paying now.

I'm the same boat. I've had XM since 2002 and Sirius since 2005. Like you, I prefer Sirius as well.

And I also have XM in the new car I have.

No, you will not get all of XM and all of the Sirius channels for the same price your paying now.

Mel(Sirius CEO) has pitched a "ala cart" to the FCC as a way to get this merger passed. He's been very coy on the specifics. Many people, me included, are wary of these "ala cart" plans.

XM will fold and \Sirius will have it all....They wont drop any packages but the higher pd talent wont be resigned i doubt...also the high pd no talent like Ophrah and this ANT and OPIE whoever the fuck they are...the music channels are pretty much the same alreadyso i doubt u notice much differance. Sooner or later they will go to tier packages im sure........
