Figured a thread should be made. All I see on these forums is complaints and although I definitely think they have their place, no one ever talks about the books that gave them great service and haven't given them a reason to write an angry thread.

Who falls into that category? It's time to give props to the books that have done a great job. We don't hear enough about the good stuff.

I would love to give a shot out to nine.com for the free 200 dollars.
I turned that into a nice little profit and cashed out no probs!
I would also love to thank bodog for the free 50 before the tournament.I didnt do shit with it but it reminded me of how shitty your lines were.
One last thanks to sportsbook for stashing the free 100 in my account, im still going strong there!

I still love Bookmaker personally. Never had an issue. Overnights are great. Juice could be better but I'll sacrifice a little for the guaranteed payout.

Their baseball lines pale in comparison to 5dimes and WSEX. If I had known they were going to be like this I'd definitely have not posted up there and thrown more money at those other 2 books. Overnight limits at BJ suck as well.

I'll give Greek, WSEX, and BJ a shout out though - have had great experiences with them, have mistakenly put in incorrect figures for wagers at times and they've always assisted graciously.

Baseball lines definitely could use some work but at the same time, I feel kinda bad leaving. Book has treated me great for a while now and I've never had any issues at all. I just kinda feel safe there. That being said, 5Dimes is getting some of my money before too long. The MMA options they give you is incredible.

Jake,

As you can imagine, it's just human nature to remember the negatives more than the positives. It is akin to filling out a "customer survey" form at restaurants, mostly by people who are not happy with the service/place. I did read somewhere a long time ago that "about 80% of feedback collected are negative". So I think many places take that into account whenever they receive a high percentage of negative stuff, and figure that the others that don't make comments are happy or content.

About Bookmaker, I have to chime in about their horrible baseball lines. It's nearly impossible for Bookmaker to provide me with best lines when I'm funded at 4 other books at this time, including Matchbook. But, the reason why I stay with them is because I can play their lines when it's a common number/total (their totals can move slightly up or down than the consensus, which I like). I plan to take advantage of the loyalty program soon so I'd definitely give feedback on them soon, positive or negative.

I haven't had any need for assistance with books lately as I have been on an even pace (started 2008 in a losing streak, then lately on a winning streak). Wish I could provide great feedback to a book right now, though. I find myself enjoying those books that have a loyalty program of some sorts, like BetJam have (which is different from other sites that employ a point system as BetJam just have a Bonus Play structure based on your last 100 bets, etc). The "prospect" of a Bonus Play coming does keep me playing with a particular book, I admit. That's a compliment to them, really.

Good thread Jake.I want to hear about some of the books out there that I dont know about that are good.A book that really impressed me was VIP.
They pay fast and have a great variety of pay out options.

Dsethi you being in SF all you have to do is blink and you'll find an agent for bookmaker (big on). There everywhere in SF.

People every book has its advantages.
Some have early overnights, some have 5 cent lines, some take big bets, some pay really fast, some have great under dog prices, some have great 2nd half lines.some have great horse pay outs, some have great futures prices, some have great bonuses,I can go on and on its up to you to figure out your strength and use it to your advantage.

Bitching about a book that has 20 cent baseball lines is a waste of typing.
Find the book with the 5 or 10 cent lines and use them.Theres plenty out there.Use your strength to your advantage and beat the man.

I have no complaints about TheGreek. I had one misunderstanding with them that was cleared up. Some people say the CS Reps are hard to understand but I have no problem with them.

About the only negative I can think of is that they sometimes don't carry all the soccer leagues that BookMaker or 5dimes carries but they almost do.
