Baseball lines definitely could use some work but at the same time, I feel kinda bad leaving. Book has treated me great for a while now and I've never had any issues at all. I just kinda feel safe there. That being said, 5Dimes is getting some of my money before too long. The MMA options they give you is incredible.
Jake,
As you can imagine, it's just human nature to remember the negatives more than the positives. It is akin to filling out a "customer survey" form at restaurants, mostly by people who are not happy with the service/place. I did read somewhere a long time ago that "about 80% of feedback collected are negative". So I think many places take that into account whenever they receive a high percentage of negative stuff, and figure that the others that don't make comments are happy or content.
About Bookmaker, I have to chime in about their horrible baseball lines. It's nearly impossible for Bookmaker to provide me with best lines when I'm funded at 4 other books at this time, including Matchbook. But, the reason why I stay with them is because I can play their lines when it's a common number/total (their totals can move slightly up or down than the consensus, which I like). I plan to take advantage of the loyalty program soon so I'd definitely give feedback on them soon, positive or negative.
I haven't had any need for assistance with books lately as I have been on an even pace (started 2008 in a losing streak, then lately on a winning streak). Wish I could provide great feedback to a book right now, though. I find myself enjoying those books that have a loyalty program of some sorts, like BetJam have (which is different from other sites that employ a point system as BetJam just have a Bonus Play structure based on your last 100 bets, etc). The "prospect" of a Bonus Play coming does keep me playing with a particular book, I admit. That's a compliment to them, really.
