as for artie he quit like 6 months ago.....falls asleep on the show again yesterday, shows up when he wants to.....its his fault he let teddy rob him of money for so long.....i love artie but seems like he does not care anymore.....there is no doubt he is back on the H again.....i dont think artie will be back on the show anymore.....hamptons howie had the replay of the show pulled so you wont ever hear it air on sirius anytime soon, bubba was talking about a little bit in the begining of his show today

45k to travel with artie on the weekends to run errands sounds good to me.....plus all the perks you get being around artie, you know all of teddys expenses were paid for as well.....and as nice as artie is i am sure he was throwing cash at him all the time

I actually used to be a regular fan...got the Sirius membership & everything....but canceled it last year...I think it was December in his first year on satellite that i counted less than a week of actual live shows...and had like 24 vaca days.

Is it at least back to working on Fridays?

Gotta love Artie though...he is who he is...his breakdown and eventually 'real' quitting has been brewing for awhile.

i love the stern show and listen al the time.....but hamptons howie has lost his fire since coming to sirius.....he has no competition, no one to go to war with and no other shows to pick on like he use too.....the shows at kroq were great with the wars with the other shows.....although i do enjoy some of sals and richards calls, riley martin (who did not resign due to wanting 1 trillion dollars), john the stu stu stutterer and greg fitzs.....howard has not worked a friday since the 1st 2 months of his contract.....he also takes off 10 weeks a year on top of fridays and national holidays.....i think at last count he works somethign like 130 days a year and bitches about it each day.....although we do get 4+ hour shows and sometimes a 5th hour

artie was suppose to be on a plane tonight to amsterdam for jason's bachlor party.....you know artie was going to overdose if he went, its better that this happened today so he dont die over there.....

Yes...I still enjoy his stuff...but the constant vacation days made me pull the plug...didn't feel like I was getting my $'s worth...

Howe can u NOT be getting ur moneys worth????????? The guy does 4 to 6 hrs a day 4 days a week then replays it over and over 24 hrs a day for the whole week........he does more total hours a week than he ever did.
