the only time a dog makes a the news is when a pit attacks someone I am sure they are the only dogs that ever attack anyone and I own two and its all about how they are raised

so you are saying..if your 2 dogs did this..you would be held accountable

and your dogs would be ...put down.. and you would face charges....

.. then that's acceptable

First of all, what's with your ".."? They make no sense and make your sentences read like Christopher Walken is saying them.
Second of all, I completely agree with the above poster--it IS how they are raised. People are so ignorant and quick to judge. Pit bulls were bred to fight DOGS and to be very, very loyal and respectful of humans. Pit Bulls are almost always inherently dog aggressive--it's the ones that are trained poorly/abused that have issues with people which can be said for all breeds. (It's the 'thugs' and people who think they look intimidating that give these dogs a bad name. They are, in fact, very poor guard dogs but that doesn't stop people from trying to turn them into a guard dog, usually with poor results.) Also, most of these attacks happen on their 'territory.' I didn't read this article so I don't know if that was the case here, but it usually is.
Spend some time with pit bulls from normal families and that were raised properly and it will truly open your eyes. They're probably the most loyal and affectionate dog out there. Highly intelligent too.

I would never have to worry about my dogs doing this because if I ever seen the slightest bit of aggression I would take care of the problem myself. These dogs are very loyal and loving if raised right they play with my nieces and nephews and never showed any hint of aggression towards them unless u call licking them aggression.

Pitbulls are strong, powerful dogs bred to fight.

When you own a dog like this you must hold them to a much higher standard than owning a lab, a pug, a boxer, etc. I'm not anti-pitbull, but what I can't stand is pitbull owners who argue to the death their dog is the gentlest they know, and how tiny dogs are more aggressive and pestering than theirs.

Right, but a chihuahua can't rip your face off if it does show aggression like yours can. Acknowledge your dogs past, the reason it was bred in the first place, and stop rolling your eyes and copping an attitude when people cross the street when they see you walking it down the road or approaching a child.

Pits are the best pets ever if you raise them right. Raise them like crap and they'll get on the news. Blame the owners, because these dogs can be awesome if you train them.

PS, I got bit by a police rottweiller when I was little for no reason. Doesn't mean we should kill all the police rottweilers.

What does this even mean?
I don't think iterate was the word you were looking for.
Plus, its you're, not your.
Also, generally not a good idea to start a sentence with the word "are."
Your punctuation still makes no sense.
Nice work though. Keep waiting for next year.

There are also many cases of pits who have been been "family dogs" and never had a problem with kids, cats or anything-and then they suddenly snap & try to take off their owners head. It's in their blood.

This is a misconception.

I love ya TTinCO but that sounds like media garbage to me. I've owned pits for years and a few of my friends breed them. Never once had an issue. One of my best friends has probably owned 10 of them over the last 15 years and never once was attacked by them. I've never even heard about it other than people who say they supposedly heard about it on the internet six months ago from a source they can't remember. There isn't any medical reason for a pitbull to just snap. Just made up garbage in my opinion.

Cheers to ya anyway ya bastard. :toast:

PS, for what it's worth, both my pits and my buddies are great with kids. They lick and jump a little too much sometimes but that's the worst that's ever happened.
