Webb does indeed deal, but Snakes are just 6-5 in his 11 Home starts last season vs teams from tophalf of MLB. In combination with the good insight on Francis vs Zona, I think we get a solid value here.

Plus it might creep up a few cents more by game time as later night Chasers pump the favored home team.
