Credit Card Authorization Forms

Havent had my money in a book in 9 months. Thinking of MAYBE getting back in the game.

Everywhere I have looked, books are asking you to fax in a credit card authorization form. I for one do not feel comfortable giving out more information to a book than what I need to.

Are there any books out there that take Visa credit and/or debit cards that do not require these forms for payouts? If not, Im looking for a book that I can deposit into from the comfort of my own home rather than having to go down to the local store and use something like Western Union. Any help is appreciated.

get a netspend card, and use the greek, no form needed in that case

I deposit with Visa all the time at Caribsports.com and they've never asked for a form to be filled out.

You are also getting an A+ book that gives a 10% bonus. They used to give a $50 bonus if you deposited $50 but I don't think they do that any longer. Excellent customer service.

I see netspend has a website. Can I do this all online? If I order a card, do I have to wait for it to come in the mail? Or will they instantly provide me with the card number and other info I need? Thanks.

i got mine at an advance america location, i know of no othert ways, but their website probably explains..you have to go somewhere and "load" the card..

say you load 1000, there is a 1 dollar charge to use it, so only send 999, or you will think its not being accepted
