Since I'm new in this... could someone, please, explain me what does it means that players must start...

MLB, Baseball
LAA Angels 13-April-2008 1:10 PM PST
Money Line for Game 2.060
J. Saunders must start E. Bedard must start

This game is taken at the Pinny and they have option of choosing starters for the game...
I don't know do I have to take starters for both teams or just the one from the team that I have ML on?...
Please some advice....

both saunders and bedard have to throw the first pitch for their team

if you choose action (some books have action for just one team or both teams), it doesn't matter who pitches, but the odds will be changed if there is a pitching change

got some help from help at the pinny...

-Action - team against team, regardless of the starting pitchers.
-Listed Pitchers - if both starting pitchers are not exactly as specified at the time of the bet, the wager will be deemed "no action".
-One Listed Pitcher - this is a wager on or against one specified pitcher, regardless of the other starting pitcher. If the specified pitcher does not start, the wager is deemed "no action".

*In the event there is a pitching change prior to the game, the money-line will be re-adjusted and "action" wagers will be graded using the opening price for the new pitcher.
*Wagers on totals and run-lines must always specify both pitchers listed.

so... is the best option to take just one listed pitcher and that's the one starting for the team I have money on?

Thanks

it depends if you are betting on the pitcher or the team. all up to you if you want action/both listed/ or just 1 listed. sometimes your bet may be fading the other teams pitcher, sometimes you may just be betting on your pitcher. all depends on the situation and the reasoning for your play.
if you are following a capper i would do listed pitchers for both teams since in most cases the capper is making the play based on starting pitchers. GL
