Not sure if anyone can look this up somehow, but I know in basketball, a lot of early games go under, especially in the 1H. Is this similar in baseball? Or at least for the 1st 5 innings. Baseball isn't exactly physically demanding, so I'm not sure how this would hold. Any help would be appreciated.

Also...how about unders for the 1st game of a series when 1 team travels east to west or vice versa? Thanks.

Batters sometimes have a harder time seeing the ball because of shadows. Seems to be afternoon games fall under more often than night games, but the books factor that in so it's likely a wash.

Air Density is impacted by heat and humidity. Do the math.

I'll take the shadow theory over the air density effect. I'm more interested in effects on players getting up earlier and playing earlier. Its a 6 hour window that they lose to do whatever they hell they normally do on game day.
