quick question for ya man, well more than a question.

I am having a bar built, with plywood framing(sides and front) then a birch overlay separated about 4 inches apart, so it looks like rectangular pieces lining the fron of the bar on the plywood that is sprayed black.

anyways, this jagoff has been pushing it back, and back and back. now i go in and on the front of the bar the finish(black) he put on it is bubbling up, what would cause that?

in any event, i have a grand opening on Saturday and my main attraction(the bar) will not be finished.

i told him to just finish the top with the epoxy and i will set it up on a table, ast least for the apperance, hell, it has been ran in papers and advertised heavily in the area.

how long would it take to finish a standard 8ft bar top of maple with the rails running around hte sides and front sanded, stained, etc.....and lay the epoxy on top. this guy is starting to make me think he hasnt a clue what he is doing
