Tiger will be in Vegas this weekend for his annual charity event, Tiger Jam.

Van Halen is headlining.

maybe I can track him down and get back the 200 bucks I bet on him last week.

He's only 31 and doesn't play a "sport" in which the knees take a pounding so why does he need surgery? A little too much juice perhaps?

you dont play golf if you believe your knees wouldnt take a pounding after all the rounds he's played. your knees play an integral part in each golf shot.

I've played a little golf before and also done a ton of jogging and golf is very easy on the knees. Tiger plays much fewer events than most other golfers and I've never heard of another golfer needing knee surgery at such a young age.

And watch how the tv ratings fall while he's gone. No one really watches golf if Tiger isn't in it.

In 1998(46 yrs old) I had my right knee cleaned out on a friday. On Monday morning I walked 5 miles, and on Wednesday I played 18 holes and broke 80. Tiger will be working on his putting this morning.

Something could have happened to Tiger when he was younger, because this appears to be a cronic problem for him since this is his second surgery..I would lay odds that walking thousands of hilly golf courses over his lifetime hasn't helped. One bad step can mess your knee up.

I've never heard of anyone who needed knee surgery at such a young age due to the effects of too much walking; I don't buy that for a minute.

From what I"ve read about Tiger's workouts he runs several miles daily. I wonder if that, plus hitting thousands of practice shots, lifting weights and walking thousands of miles could have anything to do with his knee problems? He doesn't keep that 31 inch waist sitting on his ass.
