I have used ewalletexpress, the only site ive seen that lets you withdrawl into it is absoulte poker, you will need to get a check for your payout.

I used exwallet. My first deposit was free.

Then 6 months later I used them again and it turned out the 2nd deposit cost 10% or something. Wasn't happy about that, but I had no other way of depositing so what the hell.

As for payouts... I always just wait for a check in the mail, since it's the only option that's free.
