I ordered a withdraw from Superbook way over 8weeks ago and they still have not gotten me my check. Keep giving me some bs about their ups processor taking longer. they cant even tell me where it is. I am so pissed that i am thinking about calling my credit card company and telling them the deposit I made a few months ago was a mistake so they can maybe take it off. What do you guys think?

Will the credit card company remove it? Those guys are keeping my money on purpose I think. :WTF:

60 days really? crap. its been longer than that. How do credit card companies even do it since technically you are not suppose to use cc for gambling sites. They are all be processed through 3rd party firms anyway right? Even if i'm within my 60 days i wouldnt be able to get a charge back do you think?

that is f'd up taking that long. I believe they changed their processors so some checks didn't get mailed out that they thought did in a 15 day window a couple months ago. You'll get paid though. I've gotten payed 10 times in 10 months from sportsbook.com books (1 from super which was payed promptly). All of them took a week except for the one that took 3. You're not being stiffed but that is just b.s. Call them again and have see if they will reissue.

And credit cards don't do it. It is the gambling sites that mask themselves as some sort of vendor to get payments to go thru.

why not grand b, those bastards are holding my money

I can't comment on Superbook, but from what I see/hear your chances to finally get your funds are good, so I'd really think about your decision carefully.

Your details will end up on all sorts of industry blacklists if you charge back and it might easily turn into a nightmare for you if you want to continue doing business online (through other books or services)...
You will regret it.

I suppose you'll just have to wait and hope they payout.

did you already fax them copy of your cc and copy of your ID??? If you did, most likely, cc company won't give you anything back.. I opened superbook account while ago and I had too many problems with their customer service rep...so I called my bank and told them I didn't make the purchase and they gave me my money back... I told them(the bank) I call the merchant to ask what the charge is for and they weren't able to give me any information since I didn't know what my log in information is... and superbook disabled my account with them along with my sportsbook.com account...but who cares, their payout takes way to long
