Do you have to take any daily medications?

My doctor started me on a blood pressure pill almost 2 years ago, my BP is now 120/80 or very close everytime I take it.

Every day one small pill with my breakfast.

herbs, etc

saw palmetto combo for prostrate-2/day
co enzyme q-10 and hawthorne berry for heart-2/day
silymarin for liver-2/day
fish oil for heart and joints-2/day
wheat grass tabs for detox and energy-8/day

40 yrs old and Blood pressure, cholesterol and low dose aspirin WTF...

BP medicine really works. Before taking it my bp was 140/98 last check it was 110/70..

I take Vitamin C, a Multi, Echineacea (sp? and to lasy to get up to get bottle), b12, iron, calcium, apple cider vinergar every morning and a plethora of pain killers and alchohol throughout the day.

yeah...I hear ya guys...damn DOCTOR prescribed hitting the BONG 3 times:bong: a day...and toking a couple JOINTS while in LA traffic...have to keep the stress levels down...tough living out here in southern california (medicinal marijuana land)

Lots of bipolar people here. They just attack you out of nowhere for no good reason. If it were a good reason then maybe I'd understand..
