I'll take Boston over Utah in the finals.

My bold prediction is Boston loses no more than 3 games total in their championship run, proving they are one of the NBA greatest teams of all time.

I will be rooting against this every step of the way being a Pistons fan.

I really don't see how anyone can beat Boston in a series.

If the Celtics don't win it all I will be mysteriously gone for a week with a huge bottle of jack daniels sulking in a corner some where.

My "bold" prediction is neither Boston or the Lakers make the NBA finals.

Detroit will win the championship.

*and where the heck are the lines? I thought the books would've had these up near instantaneously.

I seriously hope you mean the greatest franchise of all time....could take me all day listing teams better than this one....they are not even better than Boston teams in the past....

Near record low ratings for the finals. Boston-LA would be big, Cleveland-LA would be huge, perhaps Boston-Pheonix could attract some, but any combination of Detroit, San Antonio or New Orleans or even the first sign of a blowout in one of the above matchups and people will turn away

Have Magic and Pistons to go all the way..bold prediction..WARRIORS

That Warriors pick is quite bold as they are already out of the playoffs for this year.

If they lose 3 games in the playoffs it would be according to my rough estimate the 7th best win pct of all time for a season, lose less and they would be even higher and their regular season margin of victory would be 6th best for an NBA champion.

Here check this out this is pretty cool: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_National_Basketball_Association_teams_by_single_season_win_pct

Not sure how to get any more accurate than that. Not talking about who I think would beat who as that is a whole different argument. 3 losses or less and this is a top 10 team season of all time in NBA history. What they have did this year has been an exceptional season to say the least but still a LONG LONG way to go for this to happen.

Nice list by wikipedia...have had the pleasure of seeing all these teams in action and the list bought back some great memories...I agree this year has been exceptional for the Celts and Doc Rivers should be coach of the year...being a long time Celtic hater, I have to admit that they played great this year and saved the job of Danny Ainge...still don't believe they will make it to the finals....
