About two weeks ago I saw the $100 for $100 promotion here at the rx and signed up with LazerWager and have since met the 5x rollover requirement on that $100 more than twice. I also was able to win $250 from their "Kill Carlo" contest last week, which also has a 5x rollover as well as a 30-day hold.

When I called and inquired about a withdrawal they said I was not able to make ANY withdrawals until the rollover requirement was met on the $250. I obviously intended to keep the 250 in the account and continue to bet and meet the requirement. I doesn't seem fair to me that I am unable to make any withdrwals for at least a month because I was able to win their contest...what happens if I win it again in two weeks?? Than I would have to wait another month...really doesn't make any sense.

Lazerwager has your money, they get to decide when and if you ever get it.

btw that rule applies to all books

Well as long as you made the payout request BEFORE making any bets after receiving the contest money, then I believe that you are entitled to your payout.

But if you made even one $10 wager after receiving the $250 contest prize, then most books will say that it is too hard to say what money that bet came from. Well that is their excuse.

What was the Kill Carlo contest anyway??

Please email sportsavant@therx.com and explain what you would like to do at this point with the funds you have on deposit at LazerWager and he will contact them and get you a definitive answer as to when you can make a withdrawal and also what will happen if you win another contest.

One way or another you will receive all winnings you have coming when their waiting periods and rollovers are met.

I will email Sportsavant a link to this thread. He has been dealing with them very closly with their Rx.com contests and I am very confident he will be sure you receive all the funds that are rightfully yours as soon as they are eligible to be withdrew.

Thanks, wilheim..

I think it's funny that they mixed up the Colorado Buffaloes and Colorado Rapids teams

LazerWager Withdrawal Policy

FIrst off, this player has made 63..yes, 63 wagers since getting credited with the $250 Kill Carlo prize money. That in itself has made it impossible to correctly keep track of where the money actually came from when making these wagers.

With that said, this player's account balance was 50% LESS of the amount of the withdrawal request (before the additional $250 contest money was added). Therefore, there is NO QUESTION that at least HALF of the money which would be sent out would have come from contest winnings.

Third, the contest clearly states the rollover and 30 day requirements. The money was issued last Monday, October 8th. Said money has only been in account 8 days now.

Fourth, the money in the account that is NOT from the $250 contest winnings also includes a 100%...yes, 100% depsoit bonus, of which THAT ROLLOVER HAS NOT YET BEEN MET!!!

So....The player is not entitled to a withdrawal at this time. He was politely told that if his rollover requirment was met in the next 22 days (contest rule) that he could withdrawal ALL of his money if he wanted without any issues or problems.

ONCE AGAIN...it's NOT ALWAYS the books fault!!!!

I feel bad making my post above, but if the player made even one wager after receiving his contest winnings, then he is not entitled to withdraw now.

How would we know who IRONHORSE is anyway? We can assume that it is someone from the book, but do you guys know for sure

I have no idea where you got this information but I have met the 5x rollover requirement on my deposit bonus and I never even talked about a $ amount to be withdrawn. I intended to keep the $250 in the account.

the 30 day rule must be harder for some to deal with stress wise. I am glad the shop came in and defended themselves here.

Lazerwager, Steps Right To The Front!

As a true customer to Betjamaica, I stayed pretty loyal with that firm for years. They are a good operation, no doubt about it.

Now, Lazerwager joins the RX so I decide to give them a chance because they had a very good bonus to join and fund your account. They covered my Western Union fees, and the sign-up went flawless.

They honored the bonus, and placed it immediately into my account. Well, needless to say I went on an absolute rampage, hitting everything I bet. I hit half times lines, first half lines, money lines, you name it, I hit it....I was truly on "fire". Probable had the best week of gambling in about 2 years. I won a substantial amount of money, and was paid every dime.

Because I won a large amount of money, I was a little worried about getting paid. I always remember the RX guarantee of 10K and contacted the moderator, "Sportsavant". I asked him to just keep an eye on the situation, without intervening. He was quite pleased at seeing that I was paid in full. I was paid as swift as humanly possible. I received every dime.

Lazerwagers customer service was excellent. "Eve" the customer service manager went above and beyond her duty to make sure I was paid. The other workers answering the phones, were always pleasant and very understandable. I personally spoke with "Carlo" who is running his kill Carlo contest in the forum, he was a gentleman and spoke very clear, and distinguished. All in all, "Eve" the customer service manager, was my main contact. She answered all my calls, and she just overall runs a "damn good" operation.

I have to give Lazerwager very good props here. They truly deserved this write up from me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the forum.

Best Wishes for Lazerwager

nice work allworld. The 10k RX guarantee that you mention does not exist though.

How much did you cash out?

Deposited into LazerWager about a week ago, and so far I have had a decent experience, only two negatives to note.

1) The handling of the Kill Carlo contest was not very good this week and LazerWager should definitely have his picks up before or 15 mins after kickoff at the latest (too curtail future allegations of tampering). Still a very cool contest however and definitely worth the trouble.

2) I'm a small-time player and didn't deposit much into the account. About 4 or 5 different times during the call to deposit the money, the CS clerk was pressuring me to deposit more. I can understand once or twice maybe, but not just a persistent nagging to deposit more. Never had that problem with any other book and although not a major issue, something I don't like.

Two minor issues with LW so far, but both are easily fixable and aside from that have enjoyed LazerWager thus far
