Painful Injury

Tore My Calf Muscle Playing Hoops Last Night, Very Painful. Have Had Three Knee Surguries And Have Never Felt Pain Like This.
8-12 Weeks To Heel And 4-5 Months Till I'm Able To Playt Ball Again.

lapdance, you probably tore part of your achilles tendon, which runs from the heel through the gastrocnemius(calf) muscle. I tore mine(felt like getting shot in the calf), and not only was it the most painful injury I have ever had, it ended my basketball career at 48 years old. I elected not to have surgery, and I probably have 90% range of motion. Good luck and get some good pain pills.

doc said i got very lucky that i didn't tear the tendon. painful is not the word. this is brutal and no pain pills. but i am on my way to happy hour.
12 hours after the injury they already had me in therapy today. OUCH MFER, was all i keep saying.
