That home is on the far northwest corner of the valley.

And I mean the very end of the valley.

It's near the Floyd Lamb State Park and not far from the National Wildlife Refuge.

To give you a reference it's more than 15 miles to Planet Hollywood from there.

It's also near the 95 freeway.

Looked up quickly the area on Zillow, pretty much in line pricewise with surrounding areas.

Just about everything is for sale there, not a good sign.

I'll be happy to drive you out there in August. Imagine it will be under 200k by then.

I'm surprised to see it this low. These are newish homes in decent areas, not crap in Northtown.

Doug im going through craigslist and its quite amazing, I just paid 320K here for a much lesser home 60 miles away from the montreal city centre.

not likely.

These are more likely within walking distance of multiple crack dealers, kind of places you'd hear gunfire, but some are rather new.

I can't tell location just by street name, but some are probably in OK places.

There's a couple areas up in the north part of town that are to be avoided at all costs.

1) Is downwind from a pig farm, people can't give houses away to get out of there.

2) Is in the flight path of the planes from Nellis Air Force base.

Not saying this place is either, but caveat emptor.
