I hope you have a good day. I have almost the same card with the ANGELS big.
Glad you feel the same way.

I really think this game should be alot closer to even. While Weaver hasnt been his usual self he isnt pitching horribly. However, the Bosox seem invincible right now but the Angels have the type of team to not let you back in if you fall behind. The more I think about it the more I want to add a unit. I'll sleep on it

Had Weavers control been a little better recently, I would be all over this. I definitely think he can and will rebound strong but dont know if Im stretching by thinking he will rebound tomorrow. fuckfdnfjkdnfkds

After reading all this I have to ask you smartz, because I think, you think this maybe a very realistic idea: is jered weaver the unluckiest pitcher ever?

HAHAAA, awesome to have Canada hooked to the best thing going on theRx. How the heck did you not stick your nose in that mess? You're pretty good at getting yourself mixed into something you never were invited to... HEY! what do ya know, you just did it now! Good ole HatTrick, as reliable as they come.

How are things in Ontario? I miss Canada, the grand ole 51st state...

http://forum.therx.com/showthread.php?t=579018 . Not only is this taken out of context but this may be one of the worst attempts at an insult ever. And yes this time when I say ever, I truly mean it.

well how the hell do you expect me to come up with genius insults like your's? "chaser", come on man, when you called me that you threw the knockout punch. no way for me to come back from that.

hey smartz, real quick, how does it feel to have an asshole disturbing your thread and adding pointless shit? enjoy it buddy. your antics in the last couple of days are the reason behind this.

as for the angels play, stick to one unit and consider pulling that back also; weaver has 2 career starts in boston, 11 ip, 0-1, 7.36 era, 15 hits and 3 walks in 11 innings. beckett vs. the angels you ask? stellar. 25 ip, 2-0, 2.16 era, just 27 base runners (19 h + 8 bb) in those 25 ip, and 22 ks. and the way the bosox are swinging the bats, forget about it. blowout city, red sox win this one.

Only reason I wrote chaser is because 1) its true and 2) you dislike it. #2 qualifies for what you are doing but number 1 totally doesnt. It wasnt like someone said Blackburn is so lucky and I was like fuck that. I used my luck apparatus to process his luck factor and it is nowhere close to the luck factors of many historical pitchers. Its also like saying this is the best pie I have ever eaten. Is it without a doubt true? No but its a means of expressing that the pie tastes good. It was my way of saying that blackburn has gotten unlucky. Its pretty simple.

Unlike you I dont base my plays purely off past starts against the team they are about to face. That is the basis for 100% of your plays. Which is ridiculously retarded. ridiculously, ridiculously retarded

retarded? ridiculously, ridiculously, retarded.... you just called some of the most successful baseball managers "ridiculously, ridiculously retarded"... that takes a lot of balls. care to tell these managers why their system of using past performances to decide which matchups are more favorable to them is "ridiculously, ridiculously retarded"?

again smartz, you're expecting way too much from me man. i use a simple method of evaluating past performances in hopes of finding a highly favorable play. i can't be using high tech and way complicated approaches like the dart throwing approach you use. ... and besides... my dart board broke :sad3:

Managers use individuals BA vs pitchers. thats totally different and very few of them do it. And those that do seldom do it. The most common factors for lineup changes are lefty-righty matchups.

Your method does this. How did he do last 2 years against this team? Ok cool. I'll disregard age, disregard new additions, disregard subtractions, disregard progression and regression, disregard injuries and disregard recent slumps or hot streaks . Alright now I have the perfect formula. After looking it over your style does seem fool proof

? comparing starting pitchers career #s is 1/10th of my "method". i call it bullshit because everyone has their own way and yet no one has found one stable winning way, u can call it a method.

why am i still arguing with you is beyond me. i swear up until 3 days ago i thought you were a grown up man w/ solid opinions. now i feel like you're a 16 year old trying way too hard to fit in.

this party sucks. im outta here.

Im trying to fit in, yet Im not the one hoping people believe Im getting a masters and MBA or feels the need to say so. And Im not the one hoping people believe that I have a close knit network of real friends. Im so trying to fit in.
