Cashed out by cheque for $800 that was sent to me through fedex. I deposited the cheque at my bank when I received it and I have good track record with my personal bank that allows me to use the funds immediately without a hold. Two weeks later I check my bank account and the cheque fucking BOUNCED and my bank took all the funds from that cheque out of my account and put my in overdraft. Yea thats right it fucking bounced. I have been speaking with them off an on regarding this issue and still havent not been re-imbursed and am getting the run around. If I do not receive the funds by Friday my directly deposited pay cheque from my job is even gonna get taken away from this overdraft my account is in. I realize they may have had an infreqeunt problem but still is not a way to run a fucking sportsbook to have customers cheques bounce. Just pathetic. Stay far away from this shady ass book!!!
thats why you go with the Wunion or Money gram options..BoDog is a paranoid book when it comes to sports lines but they pay out on time and get the money to you fast.....screw that bro..go somewhere else..ive heard this about 5 dimes at two other forums...slow pays..then they get you in this web of confusuiin stories and using workds like research, verify etc....just to string it along...you owe nothing to the book..bail and go to a book that pays

One thing I didn't know about 5Dimes until a couple days ago is that u need to have wagered 100% of your last deposit amount before requesting a payout or an interbook transfer. I tried to transfer some of my funds there to my acct at matchbook and that's what the cs rep told me. He said it's standard practice, no big deal, but i just thought they should clearly state something like that on their site.
5dimes doesn't slow pay people and I would bet money that the check was not bounced because of insufficient funds. It may be an improper endorsement or my bank (Wachovia) doesn't allow international checks to be deposited in the atm.

The customer informed us of the problem of the check in question this past Friday. Our check processor informed us that the issues with a certain group of checks had been corrected. All that needed to be done was to have any customer with a problem re-submit the check. For whatever reason, this customer's bank would not allow him to resubmit the check. The bank either no longer had the possession of the check or simply would not accept it. Nothing could be done to solve his issue over the weekend. On Monday, the check processor began the steps to confirm the check had not been cashed. A new check was sent out today after this confirmation was completed. The customer should receive the replacement check within 48 hours.
