I am going with Ron Washington.

His club is playing some terrible baseball...and are a very poor defensive team.

They made it thru yesterday's game in DET w/out committing any errors...but they lead the AL with 22 errors in 21 games. 2nd worst in all of MLB. Alarming...considering that Ron Washington is regarded as an outstanding defensive coach...credited with turning Chavez into a gold-glover, and making the A's fundamentally sound on defense.

Sure Texas is young and re-tooling...but the Ryan express was not upstairs when Washington was hired, and these inexcusable mistakes on defense could lead to Washington being the 1st MLB manager on the unemployment line in '08.

Ron Washington should be, but won't be. Tom Hicks is very cheap and he is only interested in turning a profit. Wash is the lowest paid Manager in Baseball.

Depends if he had any input on the signing to the front office.
Can Washington, he's constantly out managed.

How the hell Seattle's Manager didn't get fired yet is the real mystery, thats one BAD team.

Not a chance. Madden wins in a landslide. If they give out one for each conference then Pinella wins for the NL, or whoever is managing the Mets right now.
