EXAMPLE:

For me I thought the Patriots were idiots for sitting Drew Bledsoe on the bench in favor of Tom Brady.

I also thought Ryan Leaf would be a better NFL QB than Peyton Manning.

Those are my top 2.

I thought Mark Prior had the perfectly delivery, would never get injured and would win multiple Cy Young Awards.

I was very high on Prior and Wood. Thought the CUBS would rule the NL for years, it never happened.

Until 2008. Kerry Wood might be one of the best closers in baseball.....or maybe that is something else I will be wrong about.

That cycling was a "clean" sport.

I always watched the TDF in amazement as a kid and teen. Started riding seriously about 2 years ago (late 20s). If you've ever ridden a bike at any level then you know that the guys on TDF can't possibly do that without EPO . . . lots of it!

I didn't think there was any chance for Peyton Manning to win a Superbowl. In fact after he choked against Pittsburg I stated that Eli Manning would win a Superbowl before Peyton Manning (being sarcastic), so I guess I was wrong on both accounts.

there have been a lot, obviously, but recently I thought that Ray Felton was a better pro prospect than Chris Paul coming out of college

When the Dodgers signed Eric Davis and Darryl Strawberry.

To an already good roster thought they were World Series bound for years to come.

What a cancer they both turned out to be!

I thought that all 11 blackshirts off the best college football team of all time would start in the NFL. Only ten did. Their best player, Farley, never made it, due to off the field problems.
