I paid 89K for my 1400 sqft house 10 yrs ago.... last year when houses shot up I could have sold it for 190k and then over paid for a bigger house.... now that the housing market came down it will still sell for 160K ..still a good profit.. but im not selling for a few more years
live in my same bedroom that I lived in when i was in second grade. Not really a problem just cant have girls over cause they like my girlfriend so much.
I live in a 800sq ft rent house in my uncles backyard..
It was just me when i moved in but currently i have 3 others here now and i sleep on a mattress on the living rm floor.
I actually own a rental house that is much bigger and nicer than mine but is located on a prime corner in crack city and is uninhabitable by someone of my skin color...Not to mention i dont currently own a flack jacket...
i own my home in las vegas free and clear...paid 180,000 in 2003 currently valued at 300,000..was valued at 360,000 about 1.5 years ago...should of sold then...but hopefully things will get better...:toast::toast:
I was thinking the same shit. Some studios go for 900 around here. A fucking studio. Now u add the national harbor to the mix. Anything within 30 miles of that prices are raising. Also heard the club on the top floor of the hotel there is off the chain. Will try it out soon.
