So I'm working on getting a replica watch from an online source that is fairly well reviewed. But the shop only does work via COD. No credit cards, no PayPal. You order via the phone, pay COD when it comes. I know the COD can protect them because there's less paper and it prevents me from ponying up money now. But it also gives me very few outs if something goes wrong. If something happens, all I have is a phone number and e-mail address and the COD reciept.

Anyone know if you can recover money from a COD? The site is well-reviewed and been in business a while, so I may just be a little paranoid (hence the name!).

No Scam just Caveat emptor. You go into this knowing the rules. If you are uncomfortable walk away.
