Dave DeBusschere NBA Hall of Famer and went 3-4 during a short stint with the Chicago White Sox during the early 60s. He pitched a complete game shutout on August 13, 1963 against the Cleveland Indians, giving up 6 hits, 1 walk and striking out 3.

Gene Conley played forward for the Boston Celtics and pitched for the Boston Braves, Milwaukee Braves, Philadelphia Phillies, and Boston Red Sox in the 1950s and very early 60s. In 11 seasons pitching for both Brave teams, Phillies and Red Sox, Conley posted a 91-96 with 888 strikeouts and a 3.82 ERA in 1588.2 innings. He also was the winning pitcher in the 1955 All-Star Game and was selected for the 1954 and 1959 games.

Conley also played forward six seasons in the NBA. The1952-1953 season, and again from 1958 to 1964. He is best known for being the only person to win championships in two different sports, one with the Milwaukee Braves in the 1957 World Series and three Boston Celtics championships from 1959-61. Bo Jackson could have possibly been "hall of fame material" in NFL and MLB.
