Shocked that Erin Henderson and Ali Highsmith were not drafted

I saw Henderson in all kinds of mock drafts going in the 2nd round. He was rated in the top 100 on almost any draft list and he does not even get drafted?

Highsmith was a straight beast last year playing at LSU in the SEC. I guess he was undersized, but to not get drafted? What the fuck, the guy can play ball. Anyone heard of London Fletcher? He is 5'9 inches.

Anyone hear any reason these two guys got shafted?

you pretty much answered your own question. fletcher was underdrafted out of jcu. obviously the sec is not the ohio athletic conf. but teams, for better or worse, draft prototypes. not to mention hoping they can then bring him in off the street.

i agree with prodigy. Why not just bring him off the street. He is so undersized. But he will be in someone's training camp.

I'm shocked Erin didn't get drafted after being projected to go in the second round by many mock drafts. It might be better to go in as a free agent anyway instead of being drafted in the late rounds.

I feel bad for his girlfriend too who I work with. Guys at work were joking around with her the past few months asking her when she was going to turn in her 2 weeks notice and you can imagine the endless teasing that involved her man becoming a NFL playing millionaire and he comes up empty. Well at least he has the woman because she is fine as shit!

Highsmith didnt look good in the combine and most figure his success was from playing directly behind Dorsey..
He'll get a chance, probably has been signed already..

3 guys I like from the undrafted list, QB Paul Smith from Tulsa will make a team and may have a future down the line and LB's Ben Moffitt and Wesley Woodyard I would wager on them making teams and contributing on special teams this year.

His girl hasn't been to work since the draft too so I didn't know what was going on with him.
