I have 2 very strong plays....like them both equally..but one is a favorite, and the other is a dog......rather than decide how much to play each for....im going to play them for the same, and at worse i go 1-1 In my opinion, and if they both win, it would make for a nice winning day

Theres no question these guys can hit, and im gonna back them again at home as small chalk vs a Royals team that over achieved to start the year, but is now coming back to earth. Tomko is not as good as his other fellow royals starting pitchers , having lost his last 3 starts, He's 1-3 with a 7.01 ERA in eight appearances -- four starts -- versus Texas (9-17). Jennings hasnt been too good this yearfor rangers, but my bet here has more to do with rangers outslugging the royals, and taking the first game of this series.
Both teams are 2-8 in their last 10 games, with royals having lost their last game, and texas having won 10-0 and getting a complete game shutout from padilla.

I belive this line is all about the records of the 2 teams, and the DBax being at home.....with Gonzalez pitching , hes clearly the one of the dbax pitchers to go after if u r gonna bet against them. In addition, cassell is unknown , but had 3.97 Era last year in 4 starts and pitched for SD, a club you have to be decent to earn a start on over the last few years. He won is only outing this year, and I have to belive between astros shaky starters like sampson, backe, and some of the other Astros arms, this guy Cassell is lookin to firm up a spot in the rotation, and prove something. Being a righty vs a Dbax lineup heavy with strong righty hitters doesnt hurt. I belive the Astros have the advantage both at the plate and I dont see a clear pitching advantage for either side, with slight upside possibility for AStros......
