OT: Dating - When to meet their friends and or parents?

1. How long before you meet the friends or parents of someone you are dating?

2. How long before you introduce your date to you friends or family?

3. How do you introduce someone you are dating? Do you give them a title (my gf, my lover, my better half etc.), or just say their name?

1) I usually meet the parents in a week or two. Friends usually the first week.

2) Friends right away. A couple days. Parents, a few months.

3) Girlfriend... Although telling my mom "This is my lover (insert name)" would be entertaining to me a little bit.
