My neighbor shot my Rothweiler puppy I just bought and paid 400.00 for last week . Said it came over and chewed up his water hose and instead of giving me a chance to replace it he admitted shooting the puppy. Therefore I kicked his A$$ and was charged with assault and battery however he was charged with animal cruelty. My wife took the puppy to the animal hospital but sadly to say he passed away.
