Tonight they run the Dan Lowry 400 at Richmond, VA.
I was puzzled as to who or what Dan Lowry was, so I looked it up further.
Apparently the race is really the Crown Royal 400 which makes perfect sense. But Crown Royal runs a promotion where a lucky person gets a race named after them.
Apparently last year it was the Jim Steward 400.
Just thought this was a pretty neat promotion and I'm sure some random dude named Dan Lowry is bragging to his friends right about now.
