Back after a little hiatus. I hit a bit of a cold streak and started throwing money around the way I used to when I was more of a gambler than a capper - this made me think it's time to step away for a bit.

I've made thousands betting large amounts and pressing profits, but I've also lost alot. It's more fun to ride the whole year out and be responsible with your cash. Even with my current unit size, if I stay focused and disciplined I can make plenty on the year without ever risking a large portion of my roll.

That said, here goes for tomorrow....

Yankees\Tribe over 8 Runs Scored One Unit

Cubs -120 @ Reds One Unit

Tribe +110 @ Yankees .66 Units

Really like the over in Yankees Tribe game, will possibly add another unit on it tomorrow. Also will take Carmona at plus money almost anywhere in the league, and Pettitte hasn't been able to put a quality start together at home yet this year. No write up on the Cubs, just like that price.

I wish I had followed that advice myself. I lost 30 units in 10 days because I was pressing and not putting in enough time on capping. Stupid really. I was playing about 3-5 games a day when I got up to +37 units but during my losing streak (not sure its over) I started playing 7-10 games a night... wtf? :nopityA:

I hope I can say I have learned my lesson. We shall see.

Red Sox -105 @ Detroit .5 Units

Playing around with a bit of a streak system here, play team A when they have won three or more games in a row against Team B who has lost three or more in a row.
Have seen people using this angle on other sites but they usually start at four games, I'm trying it with three and once Team A loses or Team B wins in this case, you bet the same outcome to come true in their next game.

Example: If Detroit wins tomorrow after losing 3+ straight, I play them to win their next game. If Boston loses tomorrow after 3+ wins straight, I play them to lose their next game.

Anyone tried this out?

Was up a healthy 18.76 units until I started getting stupid... took a nice little dent but we're still ahead on the year so everything looks good.

I do something very similar to this. I usually include a team if they won their last series and play a team that lost their last series. I also look at who is home/away and the pitching matchups, but the initial things I look for are either a winning/losing streak or a won/lost series.

Streak is only one angle I play in each of the plays, but when two teams meet up that have lost\won 3+ straight, I almost automatically make a play.

We have two streak plays today... Minny and Boston
