The Bats are heating up big time. I think they make the playoffs this year as a wild card.

yeah this isn't news, this has been the case with this team all season. they have maybe the best staff in the majors but usually the situational hitting is shit and they don't crank out many HR's. with that said their offence has been better lately.

if ricciradi adds a bat this team could be dangerous. and i'm not talkin about a bat like Mench or Wilkerson
