Is this gross debt or net debt? Does it include student loans and mortgage?

$400,000 debt may sound bad but it's not bad if it's a mortgage on a $1 million home.

32 - about $800K debt between mortgages and student loans, but very comfortable

zero at all stages of my life thanfully. Won a big national fantasy baseball game right out of college so was able to take care of my college stuff with that and always stayed out of debt.

if i count my house as debt along with everything else im in the hole for a million. 930,000 is on the house alone and i live comfortably. Back in the days i had no debt except whatever car i owned.
