I was looking at their records and noticed that they are almost always on the LOSING side of 1 run ballgames.

Record in 1 run games:

Atlanta 0-9

Seattle 1-8

Detroit 1-4

All of the above have played more than 50% of their games as a favorite with Atlanta leading the way at 25 of their 31 games being a favorite.

So what's my point?

If you are like me and hate laying juice but want to back one of the above....play the Runline.

In games that are decided by 2 or more runs:

Atlanta: 16-6

Seattle: 13-12

Detroit: 13-16 (have sucked all year at everything )

IMO, if you are going to play any of these household favorites, save the juice and play the RL. If the game is decided by only a run, you are probably going to lose anyway. :103631605

I just took the Braves -1.5 +130 instead of -165.

I wouldnt doubt it if they won by 1 tonight!
