It occurs to me today as I'm sitting around hoping my parlay of atlanta braves, detroit redwings and lakers hits..trying to distract myself from the worry of losing some cash I really can't afford to lose..it occurs to me that in the midst of all this NBA referee scandal and all that, isn't it easy for a pitcher, especially a good one to go out there when his team is a huge fav and throw up a terrible game ensuring the other team's victory? This after betting against his own team? I mean a large portion of the outcome is 'in the hands' of the pitcher. Just wondering how often it might be happening if at all. No, I'm not one of those that cries fix on every game that I lose in a so called suspicious way...Just pondering..trying to distract myself from the fact that the Braves are already down a run right off the bat..!@##%*

Good pitchers are making well over 10 million a season, they have no incentive to fix a game.
