Firstly let me say take Spurs to win at home this Sunday and leapfrog West Ham into a respectable 10th place finish (considering where they were when he took over this is acceptable).
As for the rumours out there, Eto'o in my eyes, despite a good African of Nations cup and a decent year at Barca, is too old and should be bought. David Villa, if he could be persuaded, would be a fantastic signing. Gattuso is not a Ramos type player and would be suspended every other game so I'd pass. Mondric is going to have a huge impact on the EPL next season, more so than Kranjcar did at Pompey, and thats saying something. Berbatov is gone, no doubt in my mind, but he will bring in $30m. Robinson will be let go but not until they secure another world class keeper, possibly Marcus Hahnemann if Reading go down ? Tannio is probably shown the door along with Chimbonda, Rocha, Kaboul and Huddlestone. Unless they have long term contracts I'm noit aware of they won't make the grade next season. Spurs will be a top 5 team again next year.
