Because he it's the only thing he seems to post in TN's threads. Honestly, if I were TN, I wouldnt even keep a record of units or picks. Everyday someone comes in and tells him he is wrong. If it is that important to maddog or anyone else, start your own TN tracker thread.

No offense intended and not trying to make an issue of anything... this is just the second time I have every mentioned his record or units -- only notice these things when they don't match mine since I am tailing. It appeared he shorted himself two days ago and yesterday the numbers were off from what I had -- I may have even calculated my units wrong.

its not really a big deal ,he actually was helping tomorrow'snewspaper with his record yesterday ,tn had himself with a few more losses than he should have.Its probably good to have someone helping with this stuff.It is time consuming
I have noticed alot of successful cappers in the past have people keep their records for them so they could have more time to cap the games. its just a pain really

Gator, thanks for having my back but the others are right. One reason I post is to keep a record of how I am doing for the season. My plays are at different books and I cash out at different times so it is hard to see exactly how I am doing unless I keep records. I counted each play as one unit yesterday instead of two. I had -1.39 and it should have been -2.78. When approached in a tactfull manner I actually appreciate the help, good or bad. What I hate is when someone comes in as says I think you are down more and gives no indication of what day or how much etc.
Hopefully we can finish with a good espn game for a nice day. I'll update the correct number tomorrow.

its all good. I usually make it point to check TN's thread to see what he has going...hoping some of his games match up on mine and really hoping that they dont oppose mine...and at least 3-4 times a week someone disputes his record or units. I thought you had done it a lot but I rechecked your posts and you havent. So I apologize.

I agree with people needing to keep a legit record but when you have over 300 plays and you are off by only a couple wins or losses and 1 unit. It really doesnt matter. Tracker Forum, sure. In here, not so much. JMO though.

Thanks Gator and the rest of you guys, I can assure all of you, especially TN, that I will never post any negative comments... that is not my personality. I mean no disrespect when I commented on TN's record or units over the last couple of days. More than anything I am trying to make sure I am not making an error even if I did not exactly state it that way. In the beginning I wasn't matching his unit count and needed to be told I wasn't betting the same as he was -- don't know if it was typical but it was definitely a MLB wagering newbie error in my opinion.
I only hope to learn and win following one of the best. BOL Newspaper and hopefully none of my future comments will cause a flare up in your threads.
