The US of America {Canada included as state # 51, or whatever the # is}
might be under a Nazi/Jap flag today were it not for the Battle of Britain
& Winston Churchill. That is simply a historical fact.

Hitler's insane attacks on Russia thereafter didn't hurt the Allies either.

I don't think there ever would have been a Nazi party if the Americans didn't get involved in WW I. Where would the Brits be if America didn't support them in WW I, including troops and supplies?

The British and Americans (Since WW II) are the root of so many of the problems in the world today. The colonialism of the British "Empire" laid the foundation of so much of the resentment of the West today. Hundreds of years of imperialism, read stealing and killing, followed by setting up artificial borders that don't honor traditional tribal divisions is the legacy of the British "Empire."

Then enter the Americans. The Americans have supported many fascists in the 20th century because they were friendly to US business interests. We have orchestrated coups and even started wars. America's foreign policy has never been about freedom or democracy. It has always been about business. The United States will support a fascist, undemocratic, pro-western business dictator every time over a freely elected, socialist, who is viewed as "anti-business."
