I've had it working remotely twice and then both times something happens and it stops working. Right now I can't figure it out, I swear the settings are the same. Are the ports all supposed to be 5000 for most people? TCP or UDP or Both? I get to this stuff by doing the 192.168 thing on my connection.

I believe the port is 5100. I would set it to tcp, but both should work.If you reboot or power cycle some routers, they lose the info and it has to be re-entered.
