From what I see they are in Bussines to get burned. With ID theft as wide spread as it is now a days they will be posting some suckers information that doesnt even know he has an account.

That's a very likely result. The guys who run the site sound like a bunch of winners :ohno:

isnt this against the law?
Sounds like you owe them money ;)

It technically would be against the law here in the US but it would most likely be treated as a civil matter. Which means that you'd have to personally sue them for defamation, etx. It would be very hard to take it up criminally since I assume that they're operating overseas.

It's certainly not a great business practice (and I don't think these clowns care), but legally, I'm not sure the stiffs have much recourse.

What law is being broken by posting someone's name and photo if they were stiffing them?

your honor, we seek damages and relief from credit wagering . com,

We will prove that while my client was gambling on sports via the internet on credit, credit wagering . com obtained a photo copy of my clients drivers license.

When my client failed to settle up his gambling debts, credit wagering . com displayed the license on the internet for all to see.

we seek one million dollars in damages and $40 in futures bets that will probably win.
