played golf with a fellow last week that sneezed at least 1000 times during our round. Of course this was after i ran our golf cart into a honey suckle bush.

There is nothing worse then bad allergies. . Runny nose, just snot dripping like a faucet. I went through 3 boxes of kleenex last week. My nose is just raw to the touch.. . My eyes were watery couldn't see. .. headaches like crazy. . but yesterday it all stopped. . FINALLY!

I got a shot this year and last. The previous years I was using Zyrtec, but it's like my body got immune to it and it stopped working. The shot worked good and they gave me some new pills. . . I was a disaster.

I'll never forget one year taking a college final exam and having to use my shirt because we couldn't leave the room. . my shirt was literally soaked when I got done, I felt bad for the poor people who had to sit around me.

My stuffy nose always seems better when I take fish oil tablets. I can still remember the last time I went to Vegas and didn't pack them. My nose was itchy and stuff the whole time.

Allergic reactions to flora & fuana can in most cases be ended by modifying your diet to include more plant-based foods and supplements.

Compressed alfafa tablets can be taken three to a half dozen at a time and do great to deal with pollen and hayfever.

I live on Claratin during the spring\summer out here, they don't screw my up at all. The 24 hour Claratin are a different story though-they absolutely knock me on my ass like Benadryl.

never had allergies until this year, or at least none that affected me. This year every time I step on the golf course my eyes get all watery and cannot get rid of the congestion in my head. It sucks... I think it is payback from all the years I have made fun of my buddies when their allergies flare up. I have a new found respect for what people go through...whew.

Get a kenelog or kenalog (sp) shot from your doctor and you won't have to worry about allergies ever again. I've been taking one toward the end of March and August for many years and always works great with no side affects. The over the counter meds may work for some people but they never worked for me so that's why my doc hooked me up with a kenalog (sp) shot. Highly recommend for people who suffer from severe allergies.

Take a tablespoon of bee pollen every day (made locally in your area) your allergies should be gone by next spring.

Eat foods that promote the immune system.

Mine usually only start in august but have been worst than ever the past few years, I think they are starting earlier this year.

Local doctor here told me that if I go for the major allergy service, first you have to get tested.

Then you have to get the syrum delivered in 9 shots, 1 shot per week for 9 weeks.

Great tip, I have these "All Greens" tablets, but I guess I will start taking more of them.

I was just reading the label of my ALLGREENS product that I use to supplement my greens, Alfalfa is one of the main ingredients along with many other ingredients.

IRONICALLY, there is a warning on the package: DO NOT USE IF ALLERGIC TO POLLEN.

(I guess that is because one of the ingredients in this product is BEE POLLEN POWDER).

I think I am allergic to ragweed, I dont think im allergic to BEE POLLEN, but I cannot be 100% sure.

In other words, if you do look for these products, be careful to read the ingredients.
