Here is my short tutorial.
1)Get some extract (10x) is fine for a 1st time. iamshaman.com sells it.
2) hit it out of a bong
2) take a hit, hold it in for like 20seconds, then exhale
3) take another hit, hold it in for like 20 seconds, then exhale
4) if you still need 1 more, go ahead and repeat, midway through the hit, you will prob feel like you are melting into your couch.
4) have sum1 supervise

6) you sweat a lot
7)you wont die
