At present they have a free payout a month person to person. They need to keep this. It is very important for clients to get incentives/withdrawals like this. Major book that gamblers should feel comfortable with. Good book guys that is here to stay and will always pay. People were justified in complaints of the high fees but this helps. Keep it up Bookmaker.

Bookmaker sucks. How the hell can they have 20 cent bases in this day and age? Also if you want to transfer to another book it costs $100 for transfers between $300 to $5000. Joke of a book.

You are entitled to your opinons, but do what you have to do...that's why there are options in this business....I don't know what business you are in, but CRIS is top notch and very respected....go ahead and send someone your 50 bucks or whatever and get stiffed betting a five cent line...:drink:

Free payout is a nice feature..certainly hope they keep this for a while.

Yes, the .20 cent line on bases can be beat at other books..but you know you are getting paid @ bookmaker/cris. There are a few low juice books I would feel as comfortable with as bookmaker, but aside from matchbook, how many are giving limits as high as bookmaker on totals/runline.

As far as the book to book transfers, I agree the price is way too steep. Others do this for free. I assume they do this just because they dont want to mess with the transfers, espc for smaller amounts or be used for their easier deposit methods with players depositing there and then xfer'ing to another book.

Overall they have their niche, and if you fit into it they are great. If you dont, there are clearly books that are better for you out there. Its the state of the industry today..no one large book can satisfy everyone's needs. Bookmaker does a good job though for the most part (providing you don't count on the first level of customer service for too much). My 2 biggest complaints there are the cost of book 2 book and c/s.

Totally agree. With Bookmaker being an industry leader by almost every standard why would they not improve their customer service. It just does not fit. I also wish they would improve their book to book conditions. In these time, it is important.

Helmut is right on the bonus's and Bonus Plays....

You do not use them for bases of course but they are a must for many other things. Top shelf book that took a nice step with the free withdrawal of once a month. Thanks and if you make a few more steps, that would help.

Bookmaker still calls me evey three or four weeks no matter how many times i tell em it gets me in trouble with the wife even though she is used to it now i dont need to give her more reason to bitch. I might as well be talking to a wall when i say lose my number. Their customer service people are not the brighest you will run into either.
