bets are that a run is scored by EITHER team in the first inning.

i keep the bets from $50 to $150 (risked) - the houston/texas bet tonight would have been maxed if the line was better. normally i wouldn't even touch -140 juice, but this one is setting alarms off on my spreadsheet.

i also factor in the progression of the series between the 2 teams (tonight are the 1st games, so no notes there).

starting pitchers are evaluated for their 1st inning performance this year and for their career.

I normally lean toward "YES". there are various posts around here explaining why "NO" tends to be a bad bet because of skewed lines.

i normally find 1 or 2 plays per day. that's it.
