All I can find out is the Tech Support people at Sportsbook.com are working on the problem and unfortunately (I spoke to 3 different supervisors in CSD) I cannot find out if ther is a mirror URL available to use in the meantime.

I just call management and ask that an account number be pulled up and then find out why the withdrawal is late. Usually that will get that particular withdrawal some attention but I can't order any book to move a particular withdrawal be paid ahead of it's time.
My only affiliation is that the book advertises here and most managers will work with me especially if a player has been given the run around by low level CSD personell. I am not talking only about Sportsbook.com here but some other books that experience slowdowns occasionally.
Some sponsors are never late so I rarely have to call them. Sportsbook.com has gotten a lot better, then ran into this so far brief delay situation with courier delivered checks. Hopefully it will be resolved very soon. I had two players get their funds last week, one had several withdrawals backed up, he is paid in full now.
