Stiffness of the club determines effective play, therefore favoring younger players with new, state of the art equipment..however various chemical preparations are available to enhance rigidity of older, worn out clubs..both player and course owner should check for shaft stiffness before play begins.

Course owners reserve the right to restrict the length of the club allowed to avoid damage to the hole...Similarly, players should perform a careful manuel,olfactory and visual inspection of the hole to assure that the turf is in good condition and that the interior of the hole is free of the various bugs and subterranian pests that accumulate as a result of poor upkeep and overuse on heavily trafficked courses..
6. The object of the game is to take as many strokes as necessary until the course owner is satified that play is complete. Failure to do so, or bogeying the hole may result in being denied permission to play the course again...
7. It is considered bad form to begin playing with the hole immediately upon arrival at the course...the experienced player normally will take time to admire the course with special attention paid to the large, well formed bunkers..
8. Players are encoraged to bring proper rain gear to the course,just in case there is a problem with the hole..
9. Players should assume that their match has been properly scheduled, particularly when a new course is being played for the first time...previous players have been known to become irate if they discover someone else playing on what they consider a private course...
10.Players are to obtain special permission before attempting to play the backside..
11. Slow play is encouraged, however, players should be prepared to proceed at a quicker pace at the course owner's request.
12. The course owner will be the sole judge of who is the best player..
NOTE..Players are advised to think twice before considering membership at any one course, the reason being that the course owner may levy additional assessments and the rules are subject to change..Plus, continuous play on the same course becomes routine and tedious...Therefore Bedroom Golf enthusiasts are strongly encouraged to constantly upgrade their skill level by playing as many different courses as often as possible...
