Go ahead and laugh you bastards, but I've been dealing withis this crap for over 20 years. It goes in streaks, but when it's bad I get maybe 2 or 3 hours of sleep a night. Just kinda lay there and flop around like a fish out of water. Just wondered who else might be afflicted.

Assuming you are serious (that would be a first), I'm often awakened at night with leg twitches and also sometimes wake up with the covers completely off the bed and in places they shouldn't be if I was getting normal sleep.
Had a girlfriend that freaked out when I did this once. It's worse some times than others maybe depending on diet or exercise (or in my fat ass's case, lack of exercise).

Yeah, this seriuos posting feels very uncomfortable. But I agree, the diet and excercise are big factors...and I suck at both. I spend aton of nights on the couch so Mrs. PBR can get some sleep. If others chime in, maybe we can start a support group. :103631605

Is 1997 when you increased your cab intake, by chance? Cause I can do that if it works.

I always joke with my wife that I think she has RLS and needs the meds that they advertise. I told her that if she had strong urges to gamble and haev sex all the time our marriage (which is already very good) would become perfect.

I always tell her that her legs are moving all over the place at night.
