lots of value @ +115 on the "YES". was probably 3rd on my list today.

tampa's stats are what drove this one down for me. they allow 24.39% and score 21.95%. way below average on both.

oakland is at 26.19% and 38.10%.

this series also produced a "YES" yesterday which hurts it in my system.

smith has allowed 5 1st inning runs in 8 starts.
