got a new guy at work who found out I like to gamble too so we talk about our picks. I used smart money management and play 1-2 units a game whereas this guy, bets it all on insane moneylines and buys up to 8 points from his bookie. sometimes hes laying 700 dollars to win 100. and of course he wins most of the time considering all the points hes buying. The thing that kills me is that he never shuts his mouth about how good he is. He bought 4 points last night with the spurs game and the first thing he tells me this morning is, "All I pick is winners." The guy was saying it until well after lunch. its getting annoying. You guys have friends like these?

Start asking him his plays BEFORE game time. He is going to hit a brick wall sooner or later laying 700 to win 100. He isn't going to tell you the day after b/c he will look like a complete arse. However, if you know about the big play and see it lose... you can clean his clock all month long and humiliate him in front of big titted office women. That'll teach him.

You never hear about their losers though do you. Laying 700-100 is going to catch up to him sooner or later! Wonder if he'll tell you about that one?

you said he is a friend then you should be happy for him. Or if it bothers you that bad, then I wouldn't consider him a friend any longer.
