I thought the same thing Fish. That thing should have been -4.5 everyday of the week, odd to say the least.

The point has always gone to the team that didnt cover for the next game

It's been like that for decades. Same for the o/u. Unless there is something drastic.

open 3 1/2 right number no RIP went up to 4 1/2 also right number.....RIP is playing though so it just kind of stayed

If Boston didnt cover in game 1, it would be static.

But since they did cover, you throw a point Detroits way.

How much is riding on your 1.5 point middle?

Personally I don't bother with middles unless they are at least 2 full points,
or if less the juice is no more than 5c to each half point. In BKL, e.g.
-3.5 -105 & +5 -110 would be borderline doable.

BTW, nice to see an Rx legend posting again.

you need multiple outs but if you are middling with 1.5 pts...you are spinning your wheels
