Back for another Toronto play. Tonight I'm taking the Jays at home over the Royals.

Halladay takes the mound once again, this time in the historical powder blues! Halladay has owned the Royals, with the Jays going 9-3 in his last 12 starts against them. To make things worse for the Royals, they're only 3-11 in their last 14 games in Toronto.

Don't let Halladay's record fool you. Today's Kansas City roster doesn't have one batter hitting over .222 vs Halladay in their career:

Name PA AB H 2B 3B HR RBI BB SO BA
Mark Teahen 10 9 2 1 0 1 1 1 1 .222
Miguel Olivo 6 5 0 0 0 0 1 0 3 .000
Jose Guillen 23 22 4 0 1 0 1 1 5 .182
Mark Grudzielanek 12 12 0 0 0 0 0 0 4 .000
Ross Gload 3 3 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 .000
Esteban German 1 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 .000
Joey Gathright 15 13 1 0 0 0 0 1 1 .077
David DeJesus 11 10 2 0 0 0 0 0 1 .200
John Buck 5 5 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 .000

The remaining Royals players have never faced Halladay. I realize that Greinke is going for the Royals, and he's no gas can, but he's been quite hittable in his last 4 against the Jays: 1-2, 25 IP, 26 H, 12 ER, 5 BB, 14 SO, 2 HR for a 4.32 ERA in his last 4 VS Toronto.

I love the Jays in the spot with their Ace on the mound. The price is up there, but I'm willing to lay the chalk.

Leans:
Blue Jays ML -143
Blue Jays RL +154
Under 7 +101

Official plays:
Blue Jays ML, risking 1.43 to win 1 unit
Blue Jays RL, risking 0.65 units to win 1 unit

Good luck!!
